How our graduate program works
Sophos works with local universities to hire graduates into positions such as graduate software developers, graduate accountants, and graduate account managers. The program initially began with universities in the UK but is expanding into universities in the USA, including Harvard and MIT. The graduate program is not limited to recent graduates, and also includes internships.

Through Job Crowd, graduates who have participated in this program can post their reviews about the experience. A recent graduate software developer had this to say: “Great working environment, supportive coworkers and bosses and good employee benefits. The work is interesting, challenging and varied.
