A new revision of the ASG 110/120 has left our production facilities. The ASG 110/120 rev.4 features an Intel processor which produces 1.8 Gbps of firewall throughput.
The new revision 4 of the ASG 110/120 is now being shipped! The ASG 110/120 rev.4 is based on a new platform featuring an Intel processor which produces 1.8 Gbps of firewall throughput. There are also four fully configurable gigabit Ethernet ports, a faster 160 GB server grade hard drive and a new chassis designed for quieter and cooler operation. The unit itself is also physically smaller and can be either placed on a desk, wall mounted via holes in the bottom, or mounted in a rack using a new optional rack mount kit which is now also able to house the external power supply.
The part number and pricing for this new model remains unchanged. However, part numbers and pricing for the new rack mount kit and power supply have changed and are included in the updated Astaro price list which is available in the partner portal.
Documentation and updated collateral (datasheets, customer presentation etc.) which reflect the updates to this model have been made; you will find them in the partner portal and on the Astaro website accordingly.
